What isthe treatment?
The acid stage softens the plug of sebum and dead cells so extraction is gentle rather than forceful. Depending on the skin we work with the Dr. Spiller protocol or DMK deep cleansing — and the back can be treated as well as the face.
Extraction is followed by antibacterial and anti-inflammatory care, then hydration. The whole point is a clear skin that is not damaged in the process.
