What aredermal fillers?
Hyaluronic acid fillers (Belotero, Saypha, Juvederm, Phillex) replace lost volume and support tissue that has descended. They are reversible: an enzyme can dissolve them if the result is not what you wanted.
Each product has its own density and lift, so the choice depends on the depth and the zone — a soft gel for fine lines, a firm one for the cheekbone or the chin. Radiesse works differently: it adds structure and also prompts your own collagen over the following months.

Consultation and plan
The doctor assesses proportions, explains what volume will and will not solve, and agrees the product, the amount and the sequence across visits.

The injection
Numbing cream, then cannula or needle depending on the zone. Thirty to forty-five minutes, with a mirror check as we go.

Settling and review
Swelling and occasional bruising for one to three days. No sport, sauna or facials for a week; we review at two to four weeks.

Not when the amount matches the anatomy. We work in stages and review — restoring support reads as looking rested, not as having had something done.
Six to eighteen months depending on the product and the zone. Denser gels in deep zones usually last longer than soft gels in mobile areas.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Radiesse cannot, which is why product choice is a medical decision.
Filler is priced per syringe, from AED 1,300 for Saypha Filler or Saypha Volume. Dissolving an old filler with PB Serum Hyaluronidase is AED 890.
Most products contain lidocaine and we use numbing cream. Expect pressure and brief stings rather than pain.
