Most small growths on the skin are harmless but bothersome: they catch on clothing, irritate when shaving or simply sit in a visible place. The Dermablate Er:YAG laser removes them layer by layer with very little heat, so the surrounding skin is spared and healing is predictable.
Removal starts with a medical decision. A doctor examines every lesion first. Anything that looks atypical is not lasered — it is referred for dermatological assessment, because laser removal leaves no tissue to examine under a microscope.

Not every lesion on the list will be removed. Those the doctor confirms as benign can be treated the same day; anything that needs a closer look is referred first. This is the right order, not an extra step.

Local numbing where needed, then the laser removes the growth in thin layers. Most lesions take a few minutes each.

Er:YAG removal is precise and usually heals with a small pink mark that fades over weeks. Larger or deeper lesions carry more risk of a visible mark, and the doctor will say so in advance.
Small lesions are quick and well tolerated; for larger ones a local anaesthetic is used.
Skin tags and keratoses that are removed do not return in the same place, though new ones can appear. Warts are caused by a virus and may need more than one treatment.
Small crusts fall away in one to two weeks. SPF on the area until the pink new skin settles.
Prices are tiered by the number of lesions: AED 400 for 1–4 lesions, AED 350 for 5–15, and AED 300 for more than 15.
