What isEndolift?
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser procedure that uses an ultra-thin optical microfibre introduced beneath the skin through a tiny entry point. The laser energy interacts with water and fat in the tissue, supporting skin tightening and, where indicated, the reduction of selected localised fat deposits.
It may be used to improve the appearance of skin laxity and contour in areas such as the cheeks, jawline, under-chin area and neck, as well as selected body areas. Endolift is not a surgical facelift and is not a substitute for surgery when there is significant excess skin.

Jawline & lower face
Endolift may help improve definition around the jawline, cheeks and lower face by addressing selected skin laxity and, where appropriate, small localised fat deposits. It can be considered for early jowling, a less-defined jawline or mild-to-moderate laxity after an individual assessment.
The result depends on anatomy, skin quality, the amount of laxity and the treatment plan. Endolift cannot deliver the same degree of correction as a surgical facelift when excess skin or tissue descent is significant.
Chin & neck
For suitable candidates, Endolift may be used to address the appearance of a double chin, improve the transition between the chin and neck, and support tighter-looking skin in the treated area. The clinician first assesses whether the main concern is localised fat, skin laxity or a combination of both.
Selected body areas
Endolift can also be considered for selected body areas where localised fat and skin laxity are appropriate treatment targets. The exact area, expected degree of change and suitability are determined during consultation.
It is a contouring procedure, not a weight-loss treatment, and it is not intended to replace a healthy lifestyle or surgery for substantial excess skin.

Some contour changes may be visible soon after treatment, while tightening can continue over the following months. Swelling can affect the early appearance. Results vary with anatomy, skin quality, area and individual response and cannot be guaranteed.
How it works.
A fine optical microfibre connected to a laser system is introduced beneath the skin through a tiny entry point and delivers controlled laser energy to selected tissue layers. This can support collagen remodelling and skin tightening; in selected areas, the energy may also help reduce localised fat.
Because the fibre works beneath the skin, Endolift is minimally invasive rather than completely non-invasive. It is performed by a qualified medical professional with an individual treatment plan and appropriate anaesthesia or comfort measures.

The skin is prepared and local anaesthesia or other comfort measures are used. A fine optical microfibre is introduced through a tiny entry point and laser energy is delivered beneath the skin.
