The booking form asks for a name and a phone number, and optionally a treatment and a comment. That is all it sends us — nothing is collected in the background, and we do not ask for medical details through the website.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, that conversation is held by the service you used under its own terms, and by us in our appointment records.

Only to answer you: to call back, confirm an appointment time and prepare for the consultation. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the clinic.

We may send you a message about the appointment you requested. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the form.

A request that does not become an appointment is kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Records of treatments you actually received are medical records, and are kept for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, including in the middle of a conversation.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, and the only data your browser stores is what is needed to display the page.
