What isDermapen?
Dermapen is a medical microneedling pen. A cartridge of fine sterile needles moves in and out of the skin at high speed, at a depth the specialist sets for each zone.
On its own it is a collagen induction treatment; combined with the right active — exosomes, PRP or a booster — it becomes the base of the clinic's regenerative protocols.

How it works.
Each pass creates thousands of micro-channels. The skin reads them as a controlled injury and responds with new collagen and elastin, which gradually thickens the dermis and smooths the surface.
For a short time the channels also let active ingredients reach the dermis instead of sitting on the surface, which is why the serum used during the session matters as much as the needling itself.

We assess the skin, choose the needle depth and the serum, and photograph the baseline.

The session
Numbing cream, then the pen works zone by zone, followed by the active and a calming mask. Thirty to forty-five minutes.

Recovery and course
Redness like a mild sunburn for a day or two, gentle care and SPF. Three to four sessions about four weeks apart.

Dermapen works mechanically, with needles alone. RF microneedling adds heat in the dermis, which tightens and remodels more strongly but costs more and needs a slightly longer recovery.
For shallow marks, often yes. Deeper atrophic scars usually need RF microneedling or Er:YAG resurfacing as well — we will tell you honestly which you have.
Numbing cream makes it comfortable; you feel vibration and light scratching, and the skin looks flushed for a day.
