Secret RF is a fractional radiofrequency microneedling system that delivers controlled RF energy into the skin through fine needles. The treatment creates a controlled thermal effect in targeted tissue, stimulating the skin’s natural repair response and collagen remodelling.
It may be used for selected concerns involving skin texture, acne scarring, enlarged pores, fine lines and loss of firmness. Treatment settings and needle depth are selected according to the area, skin condition and individual needs, and a consultation is required to assess suitability.

Acne scars & skin texture
Secret RF may help improve the appearance of selected atrophic acne scars and uneven skin texture by stimulating collagen remodelling in the treated areas.
The approach depends on the type and depth of scarring, skin condition and individual response. Not every type of acne scar is suitable for the same treatment, and multiple sessions may be recommended.
Pores, fine lines & firmness
Secret RF may help improve the appearance of enlarged pores, fine lines and uneven skin texture while supporting collagen remodelling.
The treatment is tailored to the skin’s condition and the areas being addressed. The degree of improvement varies, and results develop gradually rather than immediately.

Secret RF can be considered for selected concerns on the face, neck and décolleté, including skin texture, visible signs of ageing, selected scars and loss of firmness.

The clinician selects the treatment area, needle depth and RF settings. A topical anaesthetic may be used when appropriate. Sensations vary and may include pressure, warmth or discomfort.

Aftercare
Follow the clinic’s aftercare instructions and avoid irritating the treated skin while it recovers. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness and pinpoint marks may occur. Your clinician will advise when to resume your usual skincare.
